What a great way to spend a rainy Friday night..... watching Culver CRUSH Salem Academy.
Austin Alley...... with cuts like this, you should be working for the butcher.
Culver's QB Lewis, on the run completes the pass to Ben "can take a hit" Fisher for yet another Culver 1st. down.
Culver rushed, Culver threw, Culver caused fumbles and recovered them, what didn't they do in Friday nights homecoming game against Salem Academy.
Alley back for the RUSH......DeGrande ready to Block.....
Culver's 1-2 punch with the massive and killer O-line, then big blocks by DeGrande make for the Alley wave to be a SUNAMI!!!!
Nevin's golden foot was HOT! HOT! HOT!
Despite some crazy quick snaps, Nevin Lewis and Josh Hanslovan, had much success on a rainy night in Oct. 2008.
Culver's JV got some experience playing against SAC.
Much needed exposure and trials were given to Culver's J.V. who went in in the 2nd half due to Culver's 40 point lead. The J.V. did pretty well.
Culver's O-Line............. REMARKABLE!!!!!!!
Big blocks made for big gains for Culver. Austin Alley takes advantage of the situation here for big gains in Friday nights homecoming game against Salem Academy.
Big plays..... heart.....talent........CULVER!!!!
You gotta love the DON'T QUIT attitude of these athletes.
Defense!!! Defense!!
Though Culver spent most of the game on offense against Salem Academy Oct.3rd, 2008, they did get the opportunity to make some wicked awsome defensive plays as well.
Culver's O-line faught hard to block for big gains.....
There's a reason why Culver is 5-1 in their 2008 season thus far. With blocks like this...... shoot!
More of the same..... Culver produces big blocks as Dusty DeGrande produces big gains.
Teamwork and determination are two leading causes for Culver's successes. Nevin Lewis hands off to DeGrande for another Culver 1st down.
Fumbles were caused by Culver...............................
Culver's defense was fierce and fired up. Big hits and quick hands by even the big men made for another 6 points for Culver as they capitalized on the play.
D-Lineman Nick Barany picks up the fumble for the score!!
You'll never see a "Big Man" pass up the opportunity to take one into the endzone. In this play, big hits by Culver defense led to Culver's "Big man" Nick Barany picking up the ball and charging it into the endzone. After the play, Barany alomost didn't want to give the ball back. You go NICK!!
Alley jukes and Salem Academy fails to stop him!
Talented, hardworking, and an all around good sportsman..... that explains Austin Alley's character. Alley respects the game and those who play it.
Hand-off by Lewis, block by DeGrande, rush by Alley, First down Culver.
Culver's O-line and fullback made it easy for the rush in Friday's game against SAC.
Austin Alley breaks tackles and beats the boys to the house. Did someone ring the dinner bell?
Austin must be hungry for it. When you see him break tackles and then stride out to beat the boys to the house, you know he's hearing mamma ring those dinner bells.
